Information About Our Policies read in detail

*All reservations must be verified via our WhatsApp at +506 64658318.

*Clients must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour. If the client does not arrive early, there will be NO REFUND, AND THE CLIENT FORFEITS THE RESERVATION.

*If the activity is suspended due to a STATE OF EMERGENCY, NATURAL DISASTERS, HURRICANES, TORNADOES, LANDSLIDES, or any similar event, NO REFUNDS will be issued. The dates will be changed to allow the scheduled trip to continue.

*If the client requests cancellation on the same day, there will be no refund of money.

*The client must request the address via WhatsApp, as each tour is different and operates from a different office.

*When the client reserves National Park tickets, the client must send the passport number, full name, last names, and country of origin exactly as they appear on the passport. All this information must be sent to WhatsApp at +506 64658318.

*If a client cancels National Park tickets, no refund will be issued as a reservation code is generated automatically.

*If you arrive at the destination and have not reported it to our WhatsApp or email, and third parties begin to offer you cheaper activities, these are unregistered, illegal persons, and you may lose money.

*All our activities have secure parking for your vehicle.

*Each group will be accompanied by a certified guide from the Tubing Safari Río Celeste company and will wear our official uniforms for identification.

*If a client has a medical condition and is under control, they must carry their medication. The company is not responsible if something happens to you.

*All reservations are made online through our website or via PayPal.

*If the client is intoxicated (in an alcoholic state), they cannot participate in the tour.

*All our tours are private.

*Each client is responsible for valuable belongings. The company is not responsible if you lose personal items.

*If the person brings a service dog, the up-to-date documentation must be presented.

*If the client has a disability and is accompanied, please inform us via WhatsApp to receive prompt and personalized assistance.

*If a person has an allergy or requires a different type of diet, please inform our staff.

*Tips for guides and drivers are deposited in a box, and they divide the tips 50/50 at the end.
