Information About Our Policies read in detail
*The tour is booked with a 50% deposit for nationals, and $20 for foreigners via PayPal.
*Payments and receipts must be verified by sending a WhatsApp message to +506 6465-8318.
*Once the reservation is made, the traveler must attach a copy of the payment and send the information to the reservations WhatsApp.
*Please arrive 15 minutes before each arrival, and the maximum wait time if you are late is 10 minutes. If you do not arrive after 10 minutes and request a refund, your ticket will not be issued, as you will not meet the arrival time at the boarding exit.
*In the event that the activity is suspended DUE TO A STATE OF EMERGENCY, NATURAL DISASTERS, HURRICANES, TORNADOS, SINKHOLES, or any other event, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN. The dates will be changed and the scheduled trip may continue.
*If the excursion DOESN’T MEET THE MINIMUM CAPACITY, refunds will be issued starting on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Alternatively, clients can choose to KEEP THE AMOUNT AS CREDIT for another destination.
*For one-day activities, if the client DOES NOT NOTIFY their NON-PARTICIPATION for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER before the tour, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
*Each client should bring their medication if they have a MEDICAL CONDITION and inform the operator about their health. This allows us to be more attentive to you on every trip or tour.
*When working with hotels, water parks, National Parks, private events, maritime transport, land transport, and operators, clients must wait 30 business days for a refund. Note: This is subject to the policies of the other companies or institutions that provide us with the service.
*Each client is responsible for their valuables. The company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.
*Other stipulated expenses are not included.
*In the transportation units, it is forbidden to smoke, drink, use drugs, or engage in sexual activity. We must respect other passengers traveling with us. Once you arrive at your destination, you are free to do as you please.
*Once the reservation is confirmed, the client automatically accepts all the policies of AGENCIA GRUPO CHARY CR.
