The hike is of moderate to high difficulty. It is a 6 km adventure route along rainforest trails that can be slippery. Good physical condition is required, and you must wear closed-toe shoes (trekking or athletic) suitable for water and mud.

Food is not included in the tour. We recommend bringing energetic snacks (bars, nuts). There are restaurant or soda (local eatery) options available in the Bajos del Toro area, where a stop will be made if time permits, or you can consume food before and after the tour.

It is essential to bring: hiking shoes suitable for mud and water, a swimsuit already on, a towel, extra clothes for changing (as you will end up wet), insect repellent, a rain poncho or waterproof jacket, and a reusable water bottle.
